Here’s What’s UpTodayTix is growing and so is our Accounts Team! We’re now seeking a full-time hard-worker to
manage the theatrical partnerships in two to three new TodayTix Markets set to launch in 2018. This
candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and be able to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

This position is best suited to a theatre lover with experience or local knowledge with the theatre
scene in both Houston and Dallas, Texas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 360° client servicing and managing all theatrical partnerships in your regions
• Daily communication with TodayTix theatre partner organizations for new show listings and
• promotion setup
• Identifying new potential partnerships and executing the full on-boarding process from the initial
• pitch to the signed contract 
• Thinking creatively to prepare and present proposals and conduct pitch meetings with
• organizations that have synergies with our user base and mission 

About You

• You’ve got a minimum of 5+ years’ work experience with increasing responsibility at an
• entertainment company or theatrical office
• You have knowledge, experience, and relationships within the Dallas and Houston Performing Arts
• communities
• You’re a people person – you prefer building relationships over building excel sheets
• Your attention to detail is unparalleled
• You have past customer service and/or client service experience – you understand the utmost
• importance of a good client experience with a new brand
• You’re a multi-tasker who knows how to properly manage your time and prioritize to-do’s to reach
• your goals
• You can create an impressive PowerPoint presentation and feel comfortable pitching a product you
• love
• You’ve dabbled with Photoshop (just a plus)

This is a full-time, exempt position based out of New York with a full suite of benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
