JOB DESCRIPTION
Noken is looking for a smart and ambitious team member to play a critical role in helping Noken continue its rapid growth. You’ll be responsible for driving sales as you advise travelers on their trips and tailor itineraries to their needs.
As the frontlines of Noken, you’ll be talking to potential customers on the phone, providing an overview of Noken and advising them on their trip. Importantly, you’ll learn their particular needs and adapt our curated itineraries to the customer’s requirements.
You’ll be the in-house expert on a handful of Noken countries able to answer travelers’ questions. And, in the scenario where you don’t know the answer, you’re dynamic and scrappy, finding the answer for the traveler.
When you’re not talking to customers, you’ll also manage a ledger of ongoing conversations and lead the implementation of strategies to follow up and increase conversion.
As a Travel Sales Specialist, you’ll be directly driving, organizing and managing Noken’s sales and growth.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree OR previous sales experience
Self-starter attitude
Fast learner with motivation to grow professionally
English proficiency
Advanced experience with MS Office
