Garner Health is looking for a leader of the Account Management org who will be responsible for ensuring success across all client relationships. This person will be a key member of the leadership team as we rapidly expand our client base. 

The VP of Account Management will be responsible for defining what excellent account management looks like, setting up the processes, metrics and improvement engine to achieve those goals. You’ll work closely with the Product, Data, Marketing and Concierge teams to drive Garner’s mission forward. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success.

Location: Remote 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow the Account Management team to ensure that Garner delivers excellent client experience every single day
  • Design and build scalable processes to support the company’s rapid growth. 
  • Partner with the Data and Marketing and Product teams to deeply understand the metrics associated with each client 
  • Develop strategic plans, playbooks and best practices to be used across the team
  • Directly own the relationship with some of our biggest clients and brokers

About you:

  • 10+ years experience growing a B2B account management org and delivering impactful results year over year
  • Demonstrated experience building a best-in-class AM team; both hiring and mentoring high potential talent
  • Passionate about delivering excellent experiences and driving results
  • A strong ability to think systematically and design operational processes 
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
