Scryer d/b/a Reonomy seeks a FT VP of Business Operations in its NYC ofc to Collaborate w/ Executive & cross-functional team to develop & implement KPIs, ops structure, tech & processes; Define, document, & enforce team & company-wide processes across all departments w/ a focus on efficiency; Assess current technology being used across all functions to ensure the team is using the most effective tools, provide guidance on what may need to be changed, vet all new tech tool requests & project manage launches/integrations; Drive companywide accountability & alignment, own the cross-functional team meeting, set goals, objectives, key actions & metrics; Create & share data dashboards across all teams & support data requests for internal and external company updates/newsletters; Ensure all compliance & legal reqs that need to be met are identified, tracked, & executed on; Assist with internal technology infrastructure, and & information security. 18 mos exp as business ops professional and Masters of Business Administration req, inc 12 mos exp in business strategy.
