As VP of Growth, you will lead, design, build and manage the user acquisition and sales processes; you will work among the Butterfly.ai team to fine tune our current sales and acquisitions methods. Your main responsibility will be to show the key value of our system to potential clients. You will also help us build a sales team that represents the mission of our company; and that can help our clients, product and team!

- Are committed to selling innovative products to HR leaders and C-suite.
- Work well with marketing, lead generation, product management and the leadership to keep a robust pipeline flowing.
- Have a natural ability to track client details in CRMs (we use Salesforce)!
- Are not only a strategic thinker, but a creative tactician as we are in an innovative space and there is plenty of room to get your hands dirty.
- Have spent significant time (3-5+years) selling to mid-size and large companies, having achieved deal outcomes into the six-figures.
- Prior success in analytics, cloud, or SaaS sales.
