VP, Sales & Business Development
About the Role
Atom Finance provides the industry’s leading consumer investment research product to individual investors. To further this important mission, we are looking for a proven business development and sales leader to grow and lead the company’s primary commercial function. You'll be a key member of the senior leadership and responsible for building the teams and processes required to close high-impact deals and go-to-market strategies with financial institutions and fintechs, both Enterprise and SMB, that are looking to integrate modern investment research products into their digital experiences.
What you'll do:
- Hire and manage the sales teams and sales operations to drive partnership growth and meet revenue goals.
- Develop infrastructure, systems, processes, and training programs to support the success of the team.
- Engage with Product, Engineering, and the cross-functional Team Leads to help drive product strategy.
- Manage key customer relationships and help close key strategic opportunities.
Who you Are
- 10-15+ years of work experience in revenue generating sales or business development roles5+ years of experience managing teams, and building go-to-market strategy and sales planning.
- Proven ability to hire and onboard team leaders and account executives pursuant to hitting revenue goals.
- Demonstrated interest in the intersection of technology and financial services and experience closing deals with financial services or fintech partners.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft customized go-to-market solutions across multiple products and varying implementations.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills, for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
