Vimeo is targeting a senior leader for our growing Sales Development team, overseeing more than 60 SDRs globally. Nearly half of Vimeo’s Enterprise revenue is generated through the SDR team’s efforts so this is an opportunity to build upon the success of our outbound and inbound prospecting teams, helping Vimeo create a repeatable and predictable pipeline engine for sustained growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of global SDR Managers (US, EMEA, Ukraine, APAC), including territory assignment, goal setting, career development, training, etc.
  • Establish and oversee global SDR team metrics, Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels -
  • Implement industry standard methodologies for high-growth, scaling SD organizations, including target account strategies, communication strategies, prospecting techniques, etc.
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and program success
  • Identify reporting gaps and use data to target new opportunities in the sale funnel, ensuring adequate resources/headcount
  • Represent the SD organization on the sales leadership team
  • Be a coach, mentor, and manager, to development the next generation of Vimeo Sales talent

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in high-growth Enterprise organizations
  • 5+ years of experience managing global SDR teams of 30+
  • Expertise with CRMs, reporting, and sales automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Linkedin, ZoomInfo)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and proven experience scaling sales development organizations
  • Highly data-driven and analytical approach
