VP of Sales
This is an exciting time to join us as the first VP of Sales!
We are looking for someone who is aspiring to own - build - lead a sales organization from 2 reps to 10 and beyond, work directly with the founder/CEO, and collaborate at the strategic / board level.
We're on the path to 1M to 10M ARR and our business consists of 3 primary segments (15K, 50K, 200K ACV).
We help customer service times identify negative experiences that are impacting their brand, churn, and NPS. We've raised money from SaaStr (Jason Lemkin), Eniac Ventures, Eric Yuan (CEO of Zoom), Tien Tzuo, etc.
We are based in NYC, will support a combination of onsite and remote work, and offer competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and 401k.
