The Role

LeafLink is seeking a Salesforce Manager to join its Enterprise Engineering Team who is passionate about building a high-performing team that solves complex business problems. This role will lead a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers who support FinOps, RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.

LeafLink is implementing several re-platforming projects across Salesforce, specifically, its Quote to Cash process, emphasizing changing CPQ's role.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an architect mindset and be able to coach and mentor team members on the best solution. They should be personable, efficient, flexible, and communicative, have a strong desire to implement change, grow and mature, and have a passion and love for their work. This role has an opportunity to make a large impact across teams and be exposed to multiple technologies outside of Salesforce.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the growth of our Salesforce org, supporting 100+ users
  • Coach, grow, and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
  • Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with LeafLink’s goals
  • Partner with members of RevOps, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to plan and prioritize projects
  • Own delivery of work as it relates to Salesforce initiatives
  • Measure and report on the impact of features on business process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure the team is up to date on the newest Salesforce features and that LeafLink’s Salesforce is at the leading edge
  • Define and implement standards and policies for Salesforce development and administration.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • A leader with 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce teams and delivering complex projects
  • Preference for background in CPQ or revenue management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable and integrated Salesforce solutions
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in the cannabis or highly regulated industries is a bonus but not required
