HUMAN was founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore by Tamer Hassan, Michael Tiffany, Dan Kaminsky, and Ash Kalb. HUMAN is a hiring a full-time, hybrid role for an inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for lead generation, driving event / webinar registrations, following up with MQLs, and working with sales to book meetings and generating qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Utilize SDR tech stack including 6Sense, Drift, Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and Zoominfo
- Qualify inbound leads to identify opportunities for further exploration with Sales
- Perform brief discovery calls with prospects to identify product fit, appropriate timeline and product need
- Route leads to appropriate Sales team member
- Build positive relationships with Sales and align on target accounts and strategy for inbound lead handling, as well driving registration for events and webinars and helping to book meetings at events
Who You Are:
- At least two to five years experience prospecting into inbound leads to book meetings and opportunities for a sales team
- At least six months experience with B2B sales/prospecting in SaaS or Infosec preferred
- Polished communication skills and comfort talking to or selling to Director, VP, and C-level roles
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and draft / customize email sequences and call scripts for leads driven by a range of campaigns and marketing tactics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many leads simultaneously while remaining organized
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast paced startup environment
- Enjoys proactively maintaining and building relationships
- Coachable, resilient and highly motivated to achieve in a metrics driven environment
- Comfortable speaking with both technical and C-level buyers about a range of cybersecurity solutions
- Experience using 6Sense, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and Groove a plus
- Cybersecurity experience preferred but not required
The base pay range for this position is $70,000- $90,000 which can include additional on-target bonus and/or incentives. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
