Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Security Systems Project Manager who will be embedded on Netflix’s Enterprise Security Technology team. The Security Systems Project Manager will lead the deployment of integrated security technologies including access control, video management, intercom, alarm systems, etc. across the East Coast of the United States.

They will oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale system installations for new builds, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standards. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, managing schedules, leading cross-functional meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items to drive projects to successful completion. The Systems Project Manager will coordinate and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases including design, bid management, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning. They will maintain complete project documentation — drawings, warranties, and design packages — while ensuring all systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and security requirements.

While this is a remote role, candidates must reside on the East Coast to accommodate project timelines and meeting schedules. Travel to Netflix's East Coast project sites will be required, accounting for roughly 15% of the role. This is a full time position with competitive benefits.

Essential Job Functions
- Lead all phases of security-systems projects including design, bid management, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning for new builds and MACs across the region.
- Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
- Design and review security system layouts (CCTV, access control, intrusion, intercom, etc.) in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
- Evaluate vendor bids, manage the selection process, and oversee contractors through installation to ensure quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Workplace, AV, Program Delivery, IT/Network, Security Operations, GC, and integrators) to align project scope, schedule, and execution.
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure full functionality, proper documentation, and client sign-off.
- Track project performance, issues, and financials — including cost and schedule variances — and apply structured change-management processes as needed.
- Maintain all project documentation and ensure client satisfaction, safety, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-wide security-systems deployments (new builds and/or large MAC/upgrades) and construction/physical infrastructure projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing vendors, including installation oversight, quality assurance, change control, commissioning, and project close-out.
- Expert knowledge of Genetec VMS and Access Control, with preference for experience in cloud-based deployments.
- Excellent project management skills with proficiency managing numerous concurrent project deliverables with little supervision.
- Strong communicator and collaborator: able to influence cross-functional teams, engage at technical and executive levels, and drive consensus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field and PMP/CISSP certification is preferred.
- Entertainment / Tech industry experience is preferred.
