Senior Account Manager
Working as a member of our Launch Operations team, the Senior Account Manager will be charged with project managing internal Knotel and external client teams in order to build out our new or convert our existing spaces into unique company headquarters on time and on budget. S/he will act as our clients’ main point of contact from the time a deal closes to move-in day and everything in between. S/he will flex their communication, time management, and project managing skills while learning specifics related to the commercial and office real estate industry.
What You’ll Do
- Act of team lead for growing Account Management team
- Work as the liaison between the client and internal Knotel teams from the moment the contract is signed until after the client moves-in
- Work with our growth (sales) team to ensure we can deliver on all that was promised during the sales process
- Work with our build-out project management team to ensure client specific details are installed on time
- Lead client walkthroughs of our office spaces
- Plan office move-ins and move-outs
- Deliver a finished office to the member experience post company move-in
- Develop internal processes that make our account management team more efficient.
Who You Are
You are an extremely fast learner and quick decision maker. You have great time management skills that allow you to get work done even when nobody is watching. Beyond that, you’re people person who is motivated by helping clients but also understands the value of saying no and setting expectations. You also have the following:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfort managing client relationships and setting their expectations
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
