The Role


We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our high-growth finance team. Reporting to the Vice President, FP&A, you’ll be a strategic partner to Sales & Marketing, providing insights that fuel revenue growth and profitability. This role is perfect for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves translating complex financial data into actionable strategies.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary financial business partner to Sales & Marketing, delivering insights that drive growth.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models, ensuring accurate tracking of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and recognized revenue.
  • Own expense planning & analysis for Sales & Marketing, covering headcount costs and operational expenses.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly financials, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop revenue analytics processes, including ARR segmentation, retention trends, and churn analysis.
  • Build and maintain commission forecast models, ensuring accurate payouts aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct pricing and cost analysis across product lines to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to optimize sales capacity planning and hiring strategies.
  • Track and report key Sales & Marketing metrics, such as pipeline coverage, sales efficiency, and bookings per rep.
  • Contribute to Board presentations and investor communications with clear, data-driven insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud software environments (strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A tools (NetSuite experience a plus!).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales finance principles.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strategic, big-picture approach.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
