About

We're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager who loves using data in a "test and learn" environment to drive high-impact projects. Working as part of our marketing team, you lead efforts to drive creative and cost-effective B2B customer acquisition and nurturing programs. You're passionate about building our demand generation team from the ground up and rapidly growing our sales pipeline. Our Marketing Operations Manager will report to you initially, and you will report into our Director of Marketing.

You develop and execute a B2B demand generation strategy that touches on database marketing, lead nurturing, content syndication, lead conversion, event marketing, and overall lead-to-revenue pipeline performance management and acceleration. You love experimenting with A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion along the sales lead journey. You love crafting engaging and compelling content to support demand generation campaigns. You thoughtfully design each marketing program with clear target segments, buyer process stage, and calls to action.

Objectives

In your first month, you will start off by learning the ropes. You will:

  • Learn the ins-and-outs of Clarifai's business and developer marketing.
  • Familiarize yourself with Clarifai's suite of data and business tools. We currently use Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, LeadGenius, and more.
  • Collaborate with Sales and our Senior Growth Marketing Manager to analyze Clarifai's sales conversion funnel and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented to increase user acquisition, activation, and conversion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our buyer personas through customer interviews, market research, and funnel analysis.

3 months later, you start putting yourself out there. You will:

  • Identify content gaps and work with Product, Developers, and Designers to build fresh, engaging, high-conversion sales assets.
  • Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Explore hosted events, tradeshows, webinars, and speaking opportunities to maximize lead generation, working closely with the Sales and Developer Relations teams.

6 months down the road, you will be on your way to making sure that Clarifai invests its marketing spend in the most efficient way. You will:

  • Own and scale tested demand generation campaigns. We want to use the data from these campaigns to inform the marketing budget and strategically allocate spend across channels.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead acquisition forecasts and reporting.
  • Prioritize and carry out a testing plan for conversion optimization efforts across channels, starting with outbound sales and lead nurturing. Design, test, and execute account-based marketing and progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation.

In 12 months, you will expand your efforts outside of digital marketing and events. You will:

  • Identify new opportunities for acquisition and engagement that are modeled on strong return on investment. We are always looking for innovative ways to strengthen our marketing efforts.

In the future, you will lead and grow the demand generation marketing team to help Clarifai optimize and scale into a billion dollar company! We want you to help us get there by bringing your expertise to the table.
