About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager reporting to our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing on our Digital Demand Gen team.
You will be responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our website and paid digital programs to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and support our overall business objectives. Your goal is to achieve acquisition targets and lower customer acquisition costs through world class, ROI-positive digital programs.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of B2B technology markets. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Events, and Brand / Comms teams to bring our digital program to life -- as you build, test, and launch websites and paid digital experiments.
What You'll Do

  • Website Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and drives business growth, while creating a strong brand experience that is focused on conversion. Continuously optimize the website for user experience, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of web and paid digital content to ensure it is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure a cohesive and engaging web experience.
  • SEO & SEM: Work closely with Growth Marketing to execute SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements; and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve demand generation goals.
  • Demand generation support: Work with the Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales / BDR teams to ideate, create and implement tests that will improve conversion. Implement personalization across the web experience to drive more engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Sigma, and others. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Develop forecasts and budgets, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly
  • User Experience (UX): Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines and best practices. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continually enhance the user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Sales, BDR, Partnerships, and Product, as well as teams within the Marketing organization to ensure the website supports overall company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of web platforms, content management systems (CMS), and related tools. Ensure the website is secure, responsive, and optimized for performance across all devices.
  • Experimentation: Build a robust framework to support a rapid test and learn strategy. Test and optimize on a per-channel basis to improve performance

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years of overall digital marketing experience with 4+ years in direct website and paid digital program management within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Digital Strategy: Proven track record in driving web and paid digital strategy and execution to achieve measurable results and business impact.
  • Tools Expertise: Expertise in LinkedIn Advertising Platform, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms, with a preference for WordPress.
  • Project Management: Experience managing web-related projects, including redesigns, migrations, and platform integrations, with accountability for forecast inputs and quarterly results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making and fluency with digital channel metrics and analytics.
