The People Business Partner team drives strategic programs to foster the  development of employees, grow thriving teams, and evolve a strong culture of inclusion.We work closely with employees to understand their challenges and motivations, and provide innovative solutions. We support and partner with our leaders through a strong understanding of their businesses and by bringing forward new ideas for creating the best employee experience. We build and drive employee engagement initiatives, launch and facilitate learning and development programs,  own our performance management processes, and support teams to build innovative technologies that power navigation for people, packages and vehicles everywhere.

What You'll Do
  •  Build strong relationships with global business partners and people team members to build business strategy

  • Collect relevant information and data from our teams all over the world to help drive change and translate best practices 

  • Drive meaningful improvements to the business through people-focused, innovative initiatives

  • Act as an advocate for your clients, your team, and our mission

  • Take advantage of the many opportunities to evolve culture through org designs, talent development, and engagement initiatives

  • Learn from those around you and share that learning widely

  • Provide expertise and coach managers on appropriate people management best practices, i.e. performance management, reward & recognition, and change management

  • Partner to build and refine Talent Management as well as Learning & Development programs

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role
  •  A strong ability to collaborate with and coach senior management and executives

  • Excellent communications (both written and verbal) and a strong ability to influence change

  • Learning & Development experience or familiarity with L&D solutions and a growth mindset

  • Experience with Org Design and Org Structure (formal education around this not required)

  • Ability to add value through change management; to help pivot the culture and improve overall effectiveness of the business

  • Ability to effectively analyze and identify the data and trends that are affecting business performance, and solve issues that arise

  • Experience supporting high growth technology organizations

  • Performance management and employee relations experience

  • International experience (labor law, work practices) working with managers and employees in Europe 

  • Finding creative, scalable ways to make the impossible possible 

  • Highly collaborative and thrive in ambiguous environments

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $158,950 - $215,050 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
