What You’ll Do:

The Commercial Accounting team at CoreWeave is responsible for all aspects of revenue accounting, technical revenue policy, and credit & collections. As CoreWeave continues to scale rapidly, this team is focused on building best-in-class systems and processes to support financial accuracy, automation, and compliance with ASC 606. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure scalable, efficient solutions are implemented.

About the Role:

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting Transformation, you will lead strategic initiatives to automate and scale the Commercial Accounting function. You'll collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Technical Revenue, and Credit & Collections teams to understand their processes and challenges, then build and execute an automation roadmap. This includes leading system implementations, managing process improvement initiatives, and evaluating the downstream accounting impacts of new products or business strategies. Your work will drive long-term efficiency and enable the team to scale with the company’s hyper-growth.

Who You Are:
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at high-growth tech companies

  • 2+ years of experience at a public company

  • 2+ years of Big 4 audit experience

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606

  • Demonstrated success improving and automating revenue accounting processes

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working through complex challenges

Preferred:
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems

  • Experience with revenue system or ERP implementations

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
