- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lead Level 5: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
- More than 5 years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts
- More than 5 years of experience with various contract types for example: Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus type Government contracts, etc.
