About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Senior Product Manager, reporting to our VP of Product.

We're looking for someone excited to unify user roles and permissions across our products, innovate our Document Repository with AI Chat functionality, and help lay the foundation of LegalOS to drive efficiencies across R&D.

What You'll Do

  • Leadership: Guide the product development team in executing the product roadmap through standups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional groups to break down problems and define actionable solutions.
  • Strategy Communication: Socialize strategic plans and updates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess product performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and gather insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Sales Support: Provide support on sales calls to communicate product value and address client concerns.
  • Marketing Partnership: Work closely with Product Marketing on campaign strategies and product rollout plans.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current on industry trends and incorporate relevant learnings into the product strategy.


What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-stack product management experience, encompassing both backend and frontend responsibilities.
  • API Development: Proven track record of working with APIs in previous roles.
  • Data Expertise: Comfort with data architecture and designing data models
  • Technical Acumen: Aptitude for understanding and communicating technical concepts, and experience leading teams developing technical products
  • Adaptability: A systems thinker with a growth mindset, excited to navigate a dynamic set of technical challenges.


Pay TransparencyOntra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

$163,000 - $228,000 USD
