As a Senior Specialist in Onboarding you will be responsible for running the global onboarding program for AEs joining Navan. This program runs from an AEs Month 0-6 in seat. You will own the delivery of this in partnership with Field Enablement, Sales Leadership and subject matter experts. You will measure the program's ongoing effectiveness and impact on ramping KPIs, using that data to make recommendations and implement changes as needed.
What You’ll Do:- Onboarding Program Development: run and continually optimize structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Training & Facilitation: Conduct live and virtual onboarding sessions, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement teams to align onboarding content with company goals.
- Performance Measurement: Track and measure onboarding effectiveness through feedback and performance data.
- Process & Resource Optimization: Continuously refine onboarding materials, ensuring relevance and accessibility for new employees.
- 2+ years of experience in productivity, enablement, or a related GTM role.
- Proven ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement teams to align onboarding with business needs.
- Clear Communication: Effectively deliver engaging training sessions and create comprehensive onboarding content.
- Project & Program Management: Manage multiple onboarding initiatives, ensuring timely execution and quality.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Analyze onboarding effectiveness using key performance metrics and feedback loops.
- Learning & Development Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), Google Suite, and virtual training tools.
