About Norm Ai

Norm Ai, the leading Legal & Compliance AI company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management. By turning legal code into AI code, Norm enables enterprises to move faster and more comprehensively in their legal and compliance processes with reliability and trust.

Norm’s platform combines frontier AI, proprietary legal reasoning systems, and embedded legal and regulatory expertise.

We have recently raised more than $140 million, backed by Blackstone, Bain Capital, Vanguard, Citi, New York Life, TIAA, Coatue, Craft Ventures, Henry R. Kravis (KKR co-founder), and Marc Benioff (Salesforce CEO).

Norm Ai pioneered Legal Engineering, the process that empowers lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents with Norm’s proprietary suite of no-code software tools. We hired dozens of lawyers from premier U.S. law firms and trained them as Legal Engineers, who specialize in Large Language Model powered legal workflows.

Norm Ai technology is deployed inside many of the largest and most consequential institutions in the world. The company is growing quickly and hiring across all teams.
AI Fluency:
Norm Ai expects all team members to be fluent in AI. Successful candidates actively use AI in their day-to-day work to support thinking, creation, and problem-solving. They use it to improve the quality and speed of their work and to continuously refine how work gets done end-to-end.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate and discuss their AI usage throughout the interview process, including concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes. We look for practical, hands-on experience, not theoretical familiarity.

About the Role

We’re hiring our first Senior Revenue Operations Manager to architect and operate an AI-powered revenue engine.

This role will design, build, and continuously improve a Revenue Operations Agent that owns core go-to-market workflows — from lead distribution and HubSpot data governance to pipeline analytics and forecasting from source to signature.

The RevOps Agent will work closely with the Deal Desk Agent team, integrating systems and workflows to ensure alignment across pricing, approvals, contract execution, and revenue tracking. This collaboration will be implemented through an API- and workflow-driven Claude Cowork tool, distributed across the entire GTM organization to create a unified AI-native operating layer.

This tool must be designed with portability in mind. The architecture should support migration to a different LLM provider if needed, enabling long-term flexibility for an AI-agent-driven workflow system that is not dependent on a single model vendor.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Deal Desk to build a disciplined, AI-augmented RevOps function that scales with a high-ACV, sales-led motion. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-oriented, and excited to build foundational infrastructure that compounds as Norm Ai grows.

What You’ll Own1. RevOps Agent Architecture & Automation
  • Design, build, and iterate on a Revenue Operations Agent supporting lead routing, enrichment, workflow orchestration, and forecasting

  • Ensure tight API-level integration with the Deal Desk Agent team

  • Own HubSpot configuration, data hygiene, integrations, and lifecycle governance

  • Architect workflows through a Claude Cowork tool distributed across GTM

  • Design the system with LLM portability, allowing migration across providers without breaking workflows

  • Prioritize AI-native workflows that minimize manual intervention and reduce the surface area for human-created disruption

2. Supervisory AI & Revenue Governance
  • Implement structured checks and balances across pipeline workflows

  • Build risk-based exception reporting and redundancy planning

  • Create Slack- and dashboard-driven recaps that highlight:

    • Forecast variance

    • Stage aging and deal risk

    • Pipeline deviations from expectations

    • Areas where acceleration or intervention is required

  • Maintain a supervisory AI layer that monitors performance, flags anomalies, and enforces data accuracy

3. Pipeline Analytics & Unified Revenue Intelligence

Build and maintain an integrated revenue intelligence layer that connects:

  • CRM (HubSpot) data

  • Gong recordings and transcripts

  • Previous contracts

  • Pricing calculators

  • Marketing materials

The objective is a single, AI-accessible intelligence layer that improves forecasting precision, pricing consistency, deal strategy, and overall pipeline quality.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years in SaaS Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally at a sales-led startup that has scaled to Series C and beyond

  • Deep expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and B2B account-based tools

  • Proven experience designing automated, API-driven systems and revenue workflows

  • Strong acumen for systems thinking and end-to-end workflow architecture

  • Experience managing change across GTM organizations and driving adoption of new operating models

  • Obsession with data accuracy, governance, and operational integrity

  • Clear bias toward building AI-native workflows that reduce friction and limit human-created disruptions

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate complexity into structured execution
