Job Description:About the Role:

As our Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you won't just be "managing data"—you will be the engine behind our sales team's efficiency. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our sales organization has the insights and seamless processes they need to scale. You will report to the Director of Sales Operations.

About the Team:

OPIS, a Dow Jones company, provides price transparency across the global fuel supply chain, including the Spot, Wholesale Rack and Retail markets. You Will:
  • Audit and refine sales workflows to remove friction

  • Implement process improvements that directly increase the sales team’s "selling time"

  • Lead the precision-mapping of account distributions and territories, ensuring our sales teams are positioned for maximum success

  • Be the source of truth for sales data and perform deep-dive analyses on quotas and performance, turning raw numbers into actionable narratives for leadership

  • Spearhead high-impact projects that touch multiple departments

  • Integrate new business units and scale our analytics capabilities

  • Develop training and documentation that empowers our sales team to more easily navigate Salesforce and NetSuite

  • Resolve complex operational hurdles involving contracts, commissions, and pricing

You Have:
  • 7+ years’ professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Translated complex data into clear, audience-appropriate communications

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred)

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, related field -OR- equivalent work experience

Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000
