Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Adapt fine fragrance creations into complementary formats such as body care, home, and lifestyle products.
  • Develop olfactory strategies for ancillary categories aligned with brand DNA and fragrance launches.
  • Drive and execute fragrance development for ancillary products to support Specialty category success.
  • Manage timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Communicate project processes clearly from start to finish, including storytelling for internal and external presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (perfumers, consumer insights, marketing, scent technology, commercial, management).
  • Create and facilitate fragrance training sessions for internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor new talent and prioritize personal development aligned with business objectives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Science or Business.
  • Proven experience in fragrance development across multiple bases/applications.
  • 8+ years of industry experience (fragrance house or consumer goods company).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in fragrance/product development.
  • Exceptional sensory skills and creative vision for innovative fragrance concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in English.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
