This is an exciting role because you’ll be building the foundation for the design, development, configuration, monitoring and verification of our enterprise systems. We’re a high-growth company that’s expanding rapidly. This person will be involved in the ongoing building and improvement of our enterprise systems.

You'll get to:
  • Analyze complex requirements and architect, design, develop, test and deploy complex enhancements to ERP systems/applications based on industry best practices and business needs.

  • Writing Advanced Apex code (classes, triggers, services, visual force pages) for our Salesforce CRM platform.  Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Lightning Web Component framework

  • Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain critical automated workflow processes that affect other critical sub-processes to the business

  • Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.

  • Proactively recommends architecture and implementation of new functionality based on knowledge of best practices and system design.

  • Manages data migrations, including ETL and other data transformation activities between systems System Operations

  • Mentor members on the team and drive adoption/use of best practices

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or comparable

  • 5+ years or more of developer experience

  • Experience using Force.com technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development life cycle is required

  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval process, etc. is required

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing is a plus. 

  • Experience integrating CRM/ERP systems

  • Proficient in data management/manipulation is plus

  • Experience with Boomi is a plus

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$132,500.00 - $167,500.00
