What You'll Own- Build and scale core infrastructure for our digital health platform, including early AI-powered features that streamline workflows, enhance patient experiences, and support our providers.
- Own high-impact projects across multiple surfaces: provider portal, patient experience, operations enablement, and marketplace dynamics.
- Move fast and iterate: ship provider and patient UIs, integrate 3rd-party services, and partner with leadership to make critical architectural decisions.
- Get your hands dirty across the stack: APIs, backend services, frontend components — all in service of a seamless experience for patients and providers.
Requirements
- Experienced engineer: 5+ years building and scaling systems, with strong technical judgment.
- Full-stack skills: Comfortable with modern frameworks (React/Next.js, Nest.js), REST/GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, and at least one backend language.
- AI-curious: Excited about how LLMs and AI coding tools can accelerate product velocity.
- 0→1 builder: Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and can metabolize decisions quickly.
- Product thinker: Builds with empathy for patients, providers, and operators; obsessed with outcomes, not just technology.
