You’ll shape how the world sees Yext. As the Senior Manager of Thought Leadership Distribution, you’ll lead our global PR strategy, executive communications, and influencer programs, building authority, credibility, and thought leadership for the Yext brand. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Content Marketing, you’ll manage global PR, social media, partner with executives to amplify their voice across media and social, and drive integrated campaigns that strengthen Yext’s market presence and influence.
What You’ll DoGlobal PR & Communications Leadership- Define and execute Yext’s global PR strategy, ensuring alignment with company positioning and product narratives.
- Manage multiple regional PR agencies (North America, EMEA) to deliver coordinated storytelling and media coverage.
- Develop compelling storylines, thought leadership campaigns, and announcements that elevate Yext’s brand in key markets.
- Work with agencies and contractors to track media sentiment, coverage quality, and message pull-through to measure impact.
- Partner directly with Yext’s executive team to craft and amplify their thought leadership platforms.
- Drive a proactive program of bylines, speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and media opportunities, in partnership with agencies.
- Develop messaging frameworks and content that position Yext leaders as industry innovators and trusted voices.
- Manage the planning and content calendar for executive communications, in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
- Own Yext’s global influencer strategy — identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key thought leaders and industry creators.
- Partner with the Brand Awareness lead to align influencer contracts and spend within the global awareness budget.
- Integrate influencer content into major campaigns, events, and social activations.
- Track influencer engagement metrics to measure reach, resonance, and credibility gains.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for earned media, executive visibility, and influencer marketing.
- Deliver quarterly reports and insights to Marketing leadership, connecting earned impact to brand perception and business outcomes.
- 8–10 years of experience in PR, communications, or thought leadership roles in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Proven success managing global PR programs and multi-agency networks.
- Experience partnering with executives on high-impact communications and media visibility.
- Strong understanding of media and influencer ecosystems, including creators and trade publications.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term narrative development and near-term execution.
- Comfort collaborating across product, marketing, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI, martech, or multi-location enterprise marketing technologies.
- Strong relationships with media covering marketing, technology, or digital transformation.
- Shape Yext’s global narrative and executive brand.
- Work directly with Yext’s C-suite and senior leaders on visible, high-impact initiatives.

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
