The Role

As a Solutions Engineer at adMarketplace, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our advanced advertising technology solutions and our clients' specific needs. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client requirements, design customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of our platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Subject Matter Expert and consultant for integrating adMarketplace's advertising solution for publishers and working across product, engineering, sales, operations, and publishers. 
  • Advising on reporting, key performance indicators, general account setup, and integration options. 
  • Working with product and backend engineering teams as the publisher and sales advocate. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on leveraging our ad technology solutions to achieve their advertising objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our advertising technology platform, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing client inquiries.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth integration and deployment of our solutions.
  • Working closely with the teams to test new features prior to launch, identifying bugs and support gaps, and proposing and implementing resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • Comfortable with API, JS, AWS, FTP, JSON, and other intermediary exchanges.
  • Experience integrating AdTech products into clients' tech stack.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with API, JS, AWS, FTP, JSON, and other intermediary exchanges.
  • Ability to discuss/explain complicated technical subjects to both business and tech. 
  • SQL skills A+ 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

*Compensation Range: $155,000 - $175,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
