Your Impact:
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with Team Members and management for all company business units
- Formulate partnerships across the HR function and all business divisions to deliver value-added service to management and Team Members that reflects the business objectives of the organization
- Build strong connections between HR and other departments, aligning efforts to hit business goals and keeping everyone on the same page.
- Help team members navigate leave requests (like FMLA and PFML) by working with our 3rd-party vendor and ensuring everything stays compliant.
- Partner with managers on important HR tasks like accommodations, investigations, and terminations, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Own team member data in the HRIS, manage unemployment and workers' comp claims, and ensure smooth processes for onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
- Support growth with training and development programs, and make performance reviews a seamless and meaningful experience
