Crossix, a rapidly growing, company delivering healthcare marketing analytics solutions to leading pharmaceutical companies and their agencies, is seeking a talented, experienced Product Management Director to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate has proven experience developing and delivering large automated measurement systems in the digital advertising ecosystem. This person will lead the ideation, technical development and scalability of innovative infrastructure. Additionally, with the growth potential role, the ideal candidate will be career-driven and eager to join a sharp Product Strategy team at one of today’s fastest growing analytics companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Define high-quality Product Requirement Documents based on product strategy and vision for innovative and scalable big data solutions
  • Gather requirements from Crossix Product Strategy and development colleagues to inform roadmap and prioritization of engineering/development work
  • Define and track KPI’s to measure success and identify ongoing improvements
  • Own and drive automation and scalability of Crossix’s industry-leading digital measurement delivery platform.
  • Own enhancements to large-scale delivery and production processes, including data processing and algorithm deployment.
  • Automate and improve procedures for quality control of digital measurement deliverables.
  • Lead “Big Data” consumer information and digital identity matching initiatives with major partners (examples include Millward Brown Digital, Acxiom, and Liveramp).
  • Partner with Crossix Technology group to optimize use of our distributed computing architecture
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to drive product to delivery
  • Partner with Crossix Analytics Products group to optimally deploy software algorithm best practices.
  • Own, report and drive metrics for continual platform and process improvement
  • Own mastery of digital tracking mechanisms: tagging, mobile ID capture, viewability, etc.
  • Engineer and implement system architecture enhancements enabling innovative product features including cross-channel measurement, and cross-customer analytics and viewability enhancements.
  • Monitor current and upcoming technology product capabilities for enhancing product features and automation processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years’ direct experience in B2B enterprise software product management
  • 2 or more years in a leadership role in Digital Advertising Technology operations
  • Hands-on analytics-based programming experience, including SQL, R, and Python.
  • Extremely organized with strong adherence to timelines
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners
  • Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in computer science or engineering is highly preferred
