About the Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.

What you’ll do?
- Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Engage with customers (primarily non-technical users in the US) to identify pain points and opportunities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
- Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
- Develop data-driven insights to differentiate our product in competitive markets
- Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay
Who you are?
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product strategy
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and drive results with limited resources
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
