Our Summer Internship Program is an opportunity designed to provide you with a fun and practical way to experience what life is like every day here at OUTFRONT Media. The Ad Operations Intern will support the AdOps teams through reporting, data quality checks, and operational workflow assistance. This role is designed to provide meaningful exposure to out-of-home media operations while contributing to high-impact, structured work that alleviates team bandwidth constraints. The internship includes a formal multi-department onboarding and hands-on learning throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in creating structured reports that summarize request volume, request types, and weekly contract starts for the operations teams.

· Help run basic queries and review system outputs to ensure scheduled content matches system logs, flagging any inconsistencies for the team.

· Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) reporting by helping with data cleanup, reviewing metadata, and completing routine monitoring tasks.

· Work with team tracking tools to spot missing scheduling details or outstanding posting instructions and share findings with the appropriate team members

Skills & Qualifications

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Comfortable working with data and learning new tools

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Interest in media operations, marketing, or data workflows

· Ability to work independently and manage structured tasks

· Proactive communicator with willingness to ask questions

Work Environment

· Expected to support the broader AdOps organization.

· Work spans multiple markets and requires collaboration with POP, Charting, Central Posting, and Quality Control partners.

The salary for this role is $18/per hour.  Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.  Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.
