WHO WE ARE

The first of its kind boutique fitness experience, SoulCycle revolutionized the fitness industry. Our signature 45-minute indoor cycling class is an immersive and intense mind-body-soul workout, where legendary instructors guide riders through class – helping them lose themselves in the ride, the music, the experience. Taking place in dark, candlelit studios, allowing riders to be grounded in the moment, SoulCycle rides connect our community through the experience and energy of the room.

SoulCycle is launching its 2026 Summer Internship program.  We are looking for up to 4 candidates interested in gaining experience in the following areas: People (HR), IT/Technology, Operations, Partnerships, Studio Stream, or Marketing. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, and have a passion for the SoulCycle culture and brand.

This person leads with integrity, takes ownership of assigned tasks and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Interns will be assigned a supervisor and will have a dotted line of reporting to the Internship Program Ambassador for the final team project. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to your supervisor and department head
• Perform functions including but not limited to email correspondence and preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations
• Create, organize, update and manage spreadsheets as needed by your department
• Create and distribute promotional materials as needed
• Help plan and execute SoulCycle events; be present at events when needed
• Support your supervisor on miscellaneous tasks to help develop the SoulCycle brand
• Update content and documents as needed
• Complete project work as assigned

• Must be a current student of an accredited four year college (rising Junior or Senior)
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Must have superior organizational and communication skills
• Must have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to utilize discretion
• Must have a positive, can-do, team player attitude
• Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
• Must be a self starter/motivator
• Must be excited to learn
• A personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand is a plus

Salary: Undergraduate: $16.50; Master’s+ $18.00 (plus $130 monthly Metro card stipend)
