- Manage end-to-end materials control, SAP system ownership, forecasting, and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee production scheduling, translating customer plans into executable daily and weekly schedules.
- Coordinate logistics BOM setup, part phase-in/out, and communication with stakeholders.
- Lead transport planning and execution, including freight management, customs compliance, and KPI achievement.
- Supervise inbound/outbound logistics, track & trace, and handle deviations or process issues.
- Oversee team organization, recruitment, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to manufacturing standards, including audits and ethics policies.
- Support cost reduction, talent development, and talent retention within the materials and order management team.
- Collaborate with logistics and assembly teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and process quality.
Who we are looking for
- Technical degree / Apprenticeship diploma in mechanical / automotive engineering or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Suite (Expert) and Project Managment
- Planning competence and knowledge of material flow optimization
- Several years of experiences in logistics (automotive industry preferred)
- Knowledge of Contract Law and Claims Management
- Fluent in English, German (desirable), Spanish (desirable)
Your preferred qualifications
- Experience in setting up and operating a supply chain
- Process understanding in supply chains (international & domestic) and assembly line supply
- Lean management and production optimization
- Ability to motivate large and diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills and conflict experience
- Experience in working with SAP, and Finance
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
