Who You Are
You are a dynamic individual with a strong technical program management background and a deep passion for data solutions for our brands.  You thrive in a high-integrity, fast-paced, transparent environment. You will be part of the Client Onboarding Product Team, reporting to the Director of Client Onboarding.

With a focus on enabling our internal stakeholders, brands and business partners, you will be the single point of contact to onboard and maintain client data use of Horizon’s Connected Marketing Platform known as blu., and other products.  All with the goal of driving broader adoption and success of our data products.

We are building something big at Horizon Media, pioneering AI and data-driven solutions in the media industry in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.  You’ll be part of a nimble product team, working alongside passionate team members committed to innovation, collaboration and building enterprise grade products for our end users.
What You’ll Do
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
Technical Project and Account Management – 60%

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities to address data-related challenges and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Lead project management initiatives—managing timelines, assessing risks, and resolving issues—using agile methodologies.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across business, product, data and client through interviews, workshops, and market research to collate the business requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional team coordination and communication (Marketing Science, Analytics, Business Solution, Activation, Operations)
  • Create, manage, and resolve service desk tickets related to client and product issues

Data Expertise and Maintenance– 20%

  • Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to clearly articulate how technology and data can be leveraged to establish best-in-class capabilities.
  • Collect requirements and design data-driven solutions. For more complex needs, collaborate with data scientists to extract insights and create compelling visualizations
  • Drive key metrics related to product/service adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Leverage big data tools such as Snowflake, AWS, and DBT to enable self-serve use for basic user issues
  • Maintain data assets by working closely with Data Operations and data stakeholders to resolve data maintenance issues, monitor performance and effectively communicate and minimize end-user impact

Process Improvement and Content Management – 20%

  • Lead and engage in process improvement activities and projects to continually enhance our capabilities in-house.
  • Develop impactful content to support training, product adoption, and new business pitches.

Job Requirements 

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field/ equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; media-related role is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to develop and write requirements and specifications, or relevant BA experience.
  • Experience with data engineering and data integration projects.
  • Proven client management skills in a data-centric role
  • Analytical mindset, precise with numbers and ability to solve poorly defined problems. 
  • Ability to manage a technical project plan and experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Solid interpersonal communications skills, oral & written. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and data users. 
  • Proactive attitude, consistency and effective work management. 
  • Proficiency in learning new software, applications, systems, and tools. (e.g. Jira, Snowflake, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the media landscape, media operations, and transactional processes.

Salary Range

$97,000.00 - $130,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education,  licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.  As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.  We provide a competitive total rewards package including a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, company paid holidays and unlimited paid time off (PTO), mental health and wellness resources, pet insurance, childcare resources, identity theft insurance, fertility assistance programs, and fitness reimbursement.
