WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Trade Desk is actively seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to provide analytical support to Talent Acquisition operations by evaluating and evaluating data sets to drive strategic decision making and awareness. This position will also support implementation of improvements, integrations and process changes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Perform proactive analysis on Talent Acquisition KPIs and dataset, translate findings into meaningful visualizations, develop presentations for TA and Business leadership
  • Develop reports and metrics that identify efficiencies, opportunities and measure TA team performance, working regularly with to senior management
  • Use model building, and other analytical techniques to develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on talent acquisition data analysis, and continually improve data management methods and systems
  • Collect and analyze market data and trends to determine external competitiveness and make recommendations for internal changes to Leadership
  • Collaborate across the TA team to audit and evaluate job boards/sources, SEO and assess new posting/advertising opportunities
  • Partner with TA & finance to gather business financial data and create talent forecasts to support the business growth

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinking capacity, creative problem solver
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, energetic with a sense of humor
  • Proven ability to work independently with little to no direction and maintain a strong focus on business priorities and be persistent in follow-through
  • Curious to a fault, never settling for the first answer data may offer
  • Comfortable collaborating across organizations and levels
  • Passionate about using data to drive smart business decisions
  • Attention to detail, ability to tailor data and messages for the audience
  • Values ongoing learning and growth to become fluent with changing business processes
  • Team collaboration is critical with a globally distributed team that is growing our TTD team rapidly
  • Logical thinker with creative ideas to implement into presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including compound formulas, pivot tables and layered charts
  • Experience with BI and Visualization tools like QlikView, Microstrategy, and Microsoft PowerBI and/or Tableau
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Strong work ethic, with ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Advanced degree, Masters/MBA or PMP Certification preferred 
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition or HR tools preferred 
  • Experience constructing workflow diagrams using Visio or other related software preferred 
  • Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools is a big plus
