Join us as our Talent Acquisition Manager and help us advance a new standard of care for patients in Emergency Medicine in skilled nursing facilities! We are looking for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance and successfully execute our recruiting process, manage a growing team, and attract and hire top notch talent, while staying current on relative law changes and active in recruitment opportunities. The successful candidate excels in a fast paced, changing environment and feels comfortable with strategy and execution.
In this role you will...:
→ Partner with hiring managers and collaborate with respective teams to effectively source, attract, and screen the best candidates. Here you’ll develop lasting relationships with all people across Call9 and act as an advisor, partner, resource, and mentor to hiring managers. The position is hands-on recruitment, involving full life-cycle recruitment.
→ Own the candidate experience and actively coach your team on how to improve, maintain and further develop the candidate experience.
→ Design, implement and maintain the appropriate processes, resources, systems and training necessary to scale and support recruitment.
→ Manage our applicant tracking system, social media, job boards and all integration with ad hoc assistance from external recruitment agencies.
→ Take a creative and strategic approach to recruiting, which includes developing and improving sourcing strategies; measure performance metrics to evaluate these improvements.
→ Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle.
→ Create, manage and have accountability for the Recruitment budget across all Call9 locations (currently in the NYC and Greater New York area).
We’re looking for…:
→ Experience recruiting both in-house or agency-side, and/or in startups, tech, or healthcare is a plus
→ Previous management experience (a must!) and building a team (a plus!)
→ 5+ years of recruitment experience in high growth companies with a proven track record of achieving results in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
→ Strong project management skills with exceptional follow through
→ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization and all audience sizes
→ A self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provides suggestions and feedback for improving processes
→ An ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment while being a champion for change
→ Exceptionally organized, detail oriented and motivated
