The MissionAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are a key part/leader of the Talent team focused on hiring top talent at HQ and across new Alfred markets. Your part will be to navigate the backend of the process helping to create and maintain hiring tools and impacting the hiring machine and find channels to top talent. You are critical for us achieving our mission of changing the world with human powered technology.What You’re Like

What You’ll Do

• Identify top talent and help them funnel into our Hiring Machine
• Roll up your sleeves and create organized processes
• Think through solutions vs status quo
• Manage our ATS and all moving pieces of the Hiring Machine
• Get the answers you need

What Else You’ll Need

• 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and or a related field
• Experience working at an early to mid-size stage startup
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Hospitable and positive attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, while consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Able to establish credibility across the organization, members and partners quickly
