What You'll Do
- Owning the post-sales technical strategy and alignment with customers, ensuring our mutual roadmaps are understood and communicated
- Manage the end-to-end integration process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.
- Conduct technical assessments of partner capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, understand their technical requirements and scope technical solutions that align our products/services to meet their needs.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management, integration consulting, or a similar role in the digital advertising industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
- Have a deep / thorough understanding of API's, databases, system infrastructures, and architecture
- Previous experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers
- Strong technical proficiency with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs), ad tech protocols (OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID), and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and possesses strong troubleshooting skills to guide customers through complex or escalated issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
*Compensation Range: $105,000 - $140,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
