Designit is looking for an Onsite IT Support Specialist for the Technology Centers of our enterprise client. This role supports the teams and stakeholders at these centers in ensuring the IT Infrastructure, AV, and Demo environments are deployed, configured, maintained, and secured to deliver high-quality experiences and engagements to our external customers. This includes pre, intra, and post support of customer events or engagements.

The ideal candidate is both collaborative and assertive, has strong communication skills, patience, logical thinking, and strong attention to detail. They should be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and demonstrate a customer-obsessed mindset in support of high-quality experiences.
Would you like to…

  • Provide onsite smart hands support for the core network and compute infrastructure at the technology centers.
  • Manage technical oversight and support for onsite experiences and demos.
  • Engage in Azure Identify and Access Management for local Azure Sub Resource level administration.
  • Operate and maintain audio-visual systems within the technology centers, assisting with coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Support presenters and attendees during events, ensuring high-level technical support and coordination.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience in IT Support roles, with a strong preference for in-person customer facing experience.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting products such as Windows, Azure, Office 365 suite, Teams, Surface, etc.
  • Experience with AV Systems like Logitech, Extron, Crestron is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in the primary local language of the site you are supporting.
  • Onsite at Microsoft experience center

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $51,500.00

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during the interview process, the candidate's range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.
