As a member of the New York Guest Services team, you will report directly to a Senior Guest Services Manager. Procurement Specialists are attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in purchasing, management, and distribution of inventory.

Duties:

• Procure, print, and file tickets.
• Maintain inventory.
• Develop organizational methods to sustain an increase in ticket volume.
• Complete nightly checklists to ensure accuracy for next day ticket distribution.
• Collaborate with the Guest Services team to complete projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work holidays and weekends, and evenings through 10/30/17-1/01/18.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Team player.

Advanced Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous box office or ticketing experience.
• Multilingual.
