Responsibilities
• Position is based in NYC but requires knowledge and experience of the Toronto performing arts scene

• 360° client servicing and management of theatrical partnerships 

• Liaise with partners’ marketing, sales, and box office/ticketing departments to ensure fluid working relationship and maximize ticket sales for partner organizations 

• Work closely with marketing manager intra-departmental staff (including marketing, tech, data, and product teams), as well as external agencies and partners to represent TodayTix in developing and executing various initiatives as pertinent to business development and maintenance of long-term partnerships with performing arts venues and organizations 

• Collaborate with Operations & Services Department on any customer support inquiries and unique ticketing opportunities

• Identify new potential partnerships and execute on-boarding process from initial pitch to contract 

• Think creatively to prepare and present proposals and conduct pitch meetings with organizations that have synergies with our user base and mission 

• Coordinate in-app show setup with both partner/client and internal operations team 

• Liaise with partner productions on giveaways and special promotions 

• Oversee design of giveaway, execution on social media platforms, advertising, giveaway winner attendance, etc. 

Required Skills & Experience 
• Deep knowledge, experience, and relationships within the U.S. and Toronto theatre markets. Strong preference to those with previous experience working for or in collaboration with a Toronto performing arts organization.

• Minimum 4-5 years experience with increasing responsibility at an entertainment company or theatrical office (agency, producer, general management, talent, or other) 

• Must be exceedingly resourceful and flexible; an effective problem solver 

• Excellent organizational, planning, time management, and interpersonal skills, anticipates needs/wants, takes initiative, and is proactive 

• Strong cross-country communication and multitasking skills

• Strong work ethic and a hard-working startup mentality

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite 

• Basic working knowledge of Photoshop 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
