Who You Are:
Galaxy’s tokenization team leverages blockchain technology to directly improve the movement, storage, access, and utility of real-world assets for clients across the market. We view tokenization of the financial industry as inevitable and see our role as key in making that future a reality. Uniquely situated between the trading and banking divisions of the crypto industry’s leading investment bank, the team not only has unparalleled reach and access into the latest market trends, but also leverages the talent across the firm to multiply its impact in the industry. To date, the team has primarily focused on tokenizing cash-like instruments, high-value illiquid assets, and private investment funds—and we are just getting started.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive and independently own industry-leading tokenization projects from start to finish
- Work with external clients and partners to provide customized tokenization solutions
- Bring together experts and leaders across the firm to deliver products and services on time
- Use your deep knowledge and network in the space to generate business leads
- Advise others across the firm on tokenization more broadly
- Be a leading force behind the firm’s long-term tokenization strategy
- Author articles on tokenization to advance Galaxy’s thought leadership in the industry
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in a client facing role
- Deep experience in crypto, digital assets, and blockchain in general
- Strong conviction on the future potential of tokenization more broadly
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity
- An obsession with results and an ability to drive a group towards a common goal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range
$135,000—$160,000 USD
