Our Company Culture

We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work.

About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across our marketing, sales, and customer success organizations. You will oversee end-to-end revenue processes, from lead generation and pipeline management to retention and renewals, ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and scalability.

You will drive alignment across teams, ensuring our systems, data, and processes work together to deliver measurable activation, conversion, and retention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can architect structure from ambiguity, and knows how to turn insights into growth strategies that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute the master plan for scalable revenue operations, defining the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Lead and optimize the connection points across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless activation and conversion.
  • Bring a D2C performance marketing mindset to how we generate and nurture leads, focusing on customer activation and retention over traditional SaaS funnels.
  • Develop and refine ICPs and segmentation models to improve campaign targeting and market penetration.
  • Oversee analytics and performance tracking, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth.
  • Design scalable sales and marketing processes that improve predictability, pipeline velocity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage deal desk operations, ensuring pricing, quoting, and contract governance are efficient and compliant.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and IT to align systems and tools for automation and measurement.
  • Equip revenue teams with the playbooks, tools, and enablement needed to execute at a higher level.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, performance reviews, and growth initiatives.
  • Champion experimentation and iteration, using performance metrics to continually optimize campaigns and conversion paths.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Sales Operations, with 3+ years in a senior or VP-level leadership role.
  • Proven track record building and scaling new revenue functions or GTM infrastructures from the ground up.
  • Performance marketing expertise, skilled in data-driven acquisition, activation, and optimization strategies (D2C or multi-channel).
  • Deep understanding of revenue process design, enablement, and forecasting.
  • Highly analytical and data-oriented, comfortable turning insights into strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing quote-to-cash, CRM workflows, and integrated campaign tracking.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
  • Strong familiarity with activation and retention strategies, ideally within consumer or digital health industries.

Our Benefits

In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more

Sound like a good fit? We’d love to meet you.
