About us:

At Parsley Health, we’re building the healthcare experience we all wish existed—root-cause, functional medicine that’s affordable, data-driven, and designed to help people truly heal. We combine advanced diagnostics, clinical care, and smart tech to treat the whole person—because the gut, brain, hormones, and immune system are all connected. Today, we’re the largest functional healthcare company in the country, and we’re just getting started.

How we work:

We’re in a pivotal chapter focused on accelerating growth and driving meaningful impact. At Parsley, we keep our momentum by emphasizing speed, accountability, and a strong commitment to excellence. Our culture values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Parsley’s values—Treat the Root Cause, Commit to Excellence, Win Together, Take Ownership, Speed to Impact, and Count Every Good Thing—guide how we lead, build, and grow together.

Why join us:

  • Mission-Driven Team: Help people live healthier, longer lives through a proactive, holistic approach to care
  • Ownership & Autonomy: Take on meaningful work with the support and trust to make real impact
  • Build, Don’t Maintain: We’re scaling quickly and looking for builders, not maintainers
  • Igniting Change: We move fast, value smart solutions, and celebrate high-value contributions at every level

Who we're looking for:

We’re looking for people who thrive in fast-moving, mission-driven environments—and aren’t afraid of hard work or a little ambiguity. You’re excited to be part of a growing startup where your ideas matter, your impact is immediate, and every challenge is a chance to build something better. You roll up your sleeves, learn on the fly, and find purpose in the process.

The opportunity:

As the VP of Product and Engineering, you’ll spearhead Parsley Health’s technology and product strategy, combining visionary product management with technical leadership to accelerate innovation and growth. You will collaborate closely with the clinical, operational, sales, support, and design teams, as well as the executive leadership team, to drive a robust, insights-driven, and consumer-focused product roadmap.

This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership in agile environments, readiness to leverage AI-driven technologies, proficiency in low-code/no-code tools to accelerate output, and proven experience in compliance-focused industries such as healthcare or finance.

This role reports directly to our Founder and CEO, Robin Berzin.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide strategic leadership to deliver a world-class, consumer-grade product experience.
  • Foster a highly collaborative, insights-driven product culture that integrates clinical, operational, sales, support, and patient perspectives.
  • Implement and champion agile best practices in product and engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to prioritize and deliver intuitive, seamless user experiences.
  • Utilize low-code/no-code tools strategically to expedite product and engineering outputs without compromising quality.
  • Drive AI-supported tools and processes to significantly enhance engineering efficiency and elevate product excellence.
  • Ensure robust management of data infrastructure, prioritizing compliance, privacy, and security in line with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

What you’ll need:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in product management and/or engineering management.
  • Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing products, delivering exceptional UX/UI, and optimizing product experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership experience in agile methodologies and strong proficiency in managing up and across various teams.
  • Ability to manage complex data requirements with rigorous compliance and security standards.
  • Demonstrable expertise or strong interest in AI-powered product and software development.
  • Deep personal passion for health tech, wellness, and patient-centered care.
  • Commitment to work from the Parsley NYC offices approximately 3 days per week.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in functional medicine, digital health, or direct-to-consumer health services.
  • Proven track record of rapidly scaling teams and product delivery capabilities through low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Strong, hands-on experience partnering closely with UX/UI design teams to create market-leading experiences.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Equity Stake
  • 401(k) + Employer Matching program
  • Remote-first with the option to work from one of our centers in NYC or LA
  • Complimentary Parsley Health Complete Care membership
  • Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options
  • Generous 4+ weeks of paid time off
  • Annual professional development stipend
  • Annual wellness stipend

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.

The starting salary for this role is between $200,000 - $250,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.

At Parsley Health we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members.

Important note:

In light of recent increase in hiring scams, if you're selected to move onto the next phase of our hiring process, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you directly from an @parsleyhealth.com email address to guide you through our interview process.

    Please note:

  • We will never communicate with you via Microsoft Teams
  • We will never ask for your bank account information at any point during the recruitment process, nor will we send you a check (electronic or physical) to purchase home office equipment

We look forward to connecting!
