YouVisit is looking for a WordPress developer with great UX intuition to drive a user-centered process that will enable the company to consistently improve its desktop and mobile website experience in order to drive lead generation.You will work with our Marketing team to transform our current WordPress website into a beautiful lead-generating machine.

We Want Clear Paths on the Website for Visitors to Convert

We're interested in optimizing the site to build on our success and to convert more visitors into leads. We believe that we can increase conversion on the site by simplifying the layout, creating clearer paths for visitors to enter our marketing channels, and more aggressively moving visitors into the funnel. Oh by the way, we already have a bunch of great content (100+ blog posts, ebooks, case studies).

This is a position where your professional opinion will have a huge impact. We're looking for an experienced developer who embraces simplicity, practical results, and aggressive marketing instincts. We also need development work to implement our vision. Our website is built on WordPress with Pardot on the back-end driving our marketing automation. We have great tools and we need someone who can weave those tools together.

Requirements:

This position resides in the Marketing Department

Must be located in the tri-state area
5+ years of Development Experience
UX instincts and knowledge
Must be comfortable with analytics and using data to inform solutions
Sitemap Development
User testing
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Graphic design experience a plus
Pardot experience is a plus​

Knowledge of UX tools such as:
