As Privacy and Regulatory Counsel, you will provide legal advice on privacy, security, and compliance issues at Headway, ensuring adherence to legal standards and supporting policy development across the company.

The Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Securities will lead the corporate and securities function, handle debt and equity financing, lead M&A transactions, maintain corporate records, oversee stock plans, and assist in developing procurement processes and light employment and IP work.
