As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Newsela, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, drive revenue through growth and retention, and ensure client success criteria are met. The Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst is responsible for tracking money owed by customers, preparing invoices, updating records, and managing accounts receivable to ensure timely payment. Additional responsibilities include reconciling deal information, following up on delinquent accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Preferred qualifications include experience in the SaaS industry with recurring revenue, proficiency in accounting software programs like Netsuite, and an accounting background. Excellent communication, math, organizational, and computer skills are required for this role.

Lead Sales & Marketing FP&A efforts, drive critical business decisions, manage GTM planning process, partner with Corporate FP&A, recommend process improvements, manage one direct report, significant exposure to Finance and Sales & Marketing leadership.
