The IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Strategy Lead will drive the strategic vision, operating model, budget and planning activities for the IT GRC division at Northwestern Mutual. You will oversee the governance framework, collaborate with teams, stay updated on trends, and identify process improvement opportunities. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in information systems, and strong problem-solving skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are desirable. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
