Review, draft and negotiate potentially complex commercial agreements, such as professional service agreements, technology agreements, strategic partnership agreements, and customer agreements.
Provide advice and counsel to internal partners on a wide array of business and contractual issues.
Be responsible for all legal matters related to HR and talent. Provide pragmatic legal counsel on a full range of employment law issues, including hiring, performance management, compliance, investigations, and any related litigation.
