Office Manager / Executive Assistant to the CEO

In this role, you’ll split your time between overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the office and ensuring that employees (current & future!) are set up for success in our physical space, while also acting as the right hand to our CEO and exec team – booking travel, coordinating a smooth board meeting, or saving him from himself when it comes to installing A/V equipment (almost half of it still works). This role will give you exposure to the exciting world of a fast-paced startup, while supporting an amazing team of motivated, mission-driven colleagues. You’ll be more than just an extra pair of hands – the lift you give our exec team impacts our entire company, and with your help, we’ll ensure Skillshare’s office operations are poised to scale and grow in the coming years.
